Location excellent, staff very helpful

Beds desperately need upgraded!! Very uncomfortable slatted base with very thin mattress. Frame around bed ensured you had to crawl in and out with difficulty as so low. Also no chair in room which made getting dressed and undressed hard

Well located near Shottenring. Nutella on breakfast. Owner was nice helpful and gave us some sweets.

One shared shower and toilet for 6 ppl. Broken shower. We had to put off shoes entering flat.

The owners were sweet and explained everthing in detail,...

The owners were sweet and explained everthing in detail, from city attractions to nice cafes. He also helped us with proper routes to go to airport. They also kept food in the apartment and we could eat it whenever we wanted and not just at breakfast.

It would be good if there were lights at the entrance of the apartment.

Good place to sleep while spending the day out visiting Vienna

Location is great. Great hospitality from Max. Breakfast included is a plus.

Shared bathroom can be an issue if the appartement is fully booked, which was not the case during my stay. Walls are very thin which could also be an issue in case of disrespectful neighbour

Good price for money value

I really liked the building and the location, was super close to the supermarket and walkable distance to a lot of places, the host was REALLY helpful and nice, answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable. The common area had fridge and food available all the time, milk and tea! the bathroom was packed with shampoo and everything to share with other guest!

The room was nice but small, we could hear the next door couple snore.. and shout. The breakfast just included bread and fruit that was there all the time, the rest you have to buy.. which I didn't know. The toilet was really small.. I would recommend this for a quick trip with friends maybe or solo but not couple/romantic.

It’s a hostel with sharing bathroom and kitchen. There are 4 rooms all next each other, Two of the bedrooms have a door communicating between each other but locked, that’s why you will hear every noises during the day and specially night. At 3am rude guys and drunk came speaking so loud for hours and the owner couldn’t do anything because he doesn’t live there. The next day the guys checkout but arrived new rude guys doing the same noice at night and cooking in the kitchen. In the morning you can make your own breakfast but if you wake up to late you can find the kitchen dirty, no one of the guests would like cleaning. My suggestion is to rent an entire flat or a bedroom in a hotel if you would love visiting Wien. Our weekend was ruined.

Very good location.

These rooms are within walking distance from all the best tourist attractions. It is situated in the first district in an old building with a beautiful wrought iron balustrade.

Out of my own fault, I didn’t realize that it was only a room and not an apartment, with a communal kitchen and bathroom. Not all the guests are considered, and that resulted in a very interrupted sleep.

In an ideal location to get around the city and very close to local transport links only.The room was large and very clean, Max was extremely helpful x

Only downside was the shared bathroom which we did not notice on booking, but was not an issue in the end.

„Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien und die Unterkunft war ebenfalls hervorragend

Hervorragende Lage und tolle und freundliche Betreuung seitens der Gastgeber während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nur wenige Meter zur nächsten U- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle, man ist aber auch in 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Auch diverse Restaurants und Bars waren fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Gebäude selbst und die Unterkunft befinden sich in einem schönen Altbau in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt in der Straße an diversen anderen Gebäuden Bauarbeiten und hatten etwas Sorge um den Lärm, aber es war in der Unterkunft selbst gar nichts davon zu hören, die Gegend scheint generell sehr ruhig zu sein, obwohl man sehr zentral liegt. Die Gastgeber reichen einem auch Obst, Snacks und Cornflakes zum Frühstück, wem das nicht reicht, der kann sich beim Hofer um die Ecke oder in anderen Läden eindecken oder in den unzähligen Cafes und Restaurants frühstücken.

Einziges kleines Manko sind die etwas hellhörigen Räume des schönen historischen Altbaus, allerdings hatten wir Glück mit den sehr rücksichtsvollen Gästen, die respektvoll und ruhig in der Unterkunft waren - deshalb ist der Hinweis seitens der Gastgeber, dass hier Junggesellen- und Junggesellinnenabschiede oder Partyurlauber nicht geeignet sind, völlig angebracht. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sollte daher selbstverständlich sein, dann hat man auch keine Probleme!

Wie Wohnung war kalt, Heizung funktioniert nur sehr selten meine Kinder haben gefroren. Ein Lattenrost war durchgebrochen bei Ankunft und trotz Info an Vermieter wurde nichts gemacht. So das meine mutter im beistellbett schlafen musste. Beide Betten waren nicht frisch bezogen, es lagen noch Haare und Fusseln von anderen Gästen und roch auch nicht frisch. Bad war auf dem ersten Blick ok, Waschtisch war mit weißer Folie abgedeckt drunter waren Wasserflecken und beginnender Schimmel. Armatur sehr wackelig. An der Toilette ist die Türklinke ständig abgefallen. Geschirrspülmaschine sehr verschmutzt und funktioniert auch nicht. Backofen ebenfalls noch Essensreste von Vorgänger. Eingangstür und Zimmer Tür knarrt sehr sehr laut. Frühstück war ok, Toast Marmelade ( 1 davon geschimmelt) Nutella, Cornflakes und Milch. Obst und Orangen. Das stand die ganze Zeit da zu Verfügung. Haben 248€ für 2 Nächte bezahlt, gebucht haben wir weil in Bewegung stand das es sauber ist, das war es nicht. Vermieter ganz nett aber auf Preisminderung hat er sich nicht gemeldet.

1.Auf die Internet Seite steht verfuegbare Parkplatz. Es gibt kein Parkplatz ausser den naechsten oeffentlichen Parkhaus cca. 1 km entfernt.(38 Euro/Nacht). 2.Obwohl ich bis heute mehrmals auf Ort und Stelle und danach telefonisch eine Rechnung fuer die 174 Euro (2 Personen in 2 EZ) angefragt habe, habe ich keine (per mail) bekommen. Bitte, Booking mich damit zu helfen.

„Wir wurden von Alex nett empfangen.

Wir wurden von Alex nett empfangen. Tolles Konzept beim Essen. Denn im Gegensatz zu dem klassischen Frühstück, welches es in anderen Hotels gibt, steht hier das Essen den ganzen Tag in der Küche. Somit kann man es, wann man will verzehren. Dabei hat man die Auswahl zwischen Joghurts, Brot, Säften, Milch, Nutella, usw. Wenn man etwas zusätzliches will, kauft Alex dies nach. Das Apartment ist nett gestaltet, vor allem das Bad mit den bereitgestellten Shampoos hat uns gut gefallen.

Man hörte leider leicht durch die Wände hindurch.

„Zentrale Unterkunft für Asketen und Puristen

Sehr positiv ist die zentrale Lage in der Stadt und die Nähe zu den Verkehrsmitteln.

Es werden 4 Zimmer einer Altbauwohnung an bis zu 10 Personen vermietet. Küche, Bad und eine Toilette (sehr klein) sind . über den Flur für alle zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Wenn man Pech hat, bedeutet das morgens erhebliche Wartezeiten. Das Frühstück muss man sich selber machen, indem man sich bei im Kühlschrang bereitgestellten Utensilien bedient. Kein frisches Brot, nur Toastbrot. Sehr magere Möblierung im Zimmer. ( KeinStuhl!)

„leider eine große Enttäuschung...

außer der Lage kann man leider nichts Positives erwähnen

Wir haben keine großen Ansprüche, wir haben schon viele ‚Standardzimmer’ gebucht. Es war nicht klar ersichtlich in der Anzeige, dass es sich um ein Gemeinschaftsbad/Klo handelt, sonst hätten wir die Unterkunft nie gebucht. Das ‚kontinentale‘ Frühstück bestand aus Clever Crossaints, Toastbrot, Nutella und Kinder-Saftpackungen. Jogurt und Milch war auch vorhanden. Das schlimmste aber war, dass wir kein Fenster im Zimmer hatten!!! es gab keinen Spiegel im Zimmer und auch nicht im Badezimmer. Das Bad war sehr schmutzig... man fühlte sich nach dem Duschen dreckiger als davor :-| Die Tür zur Wohnung ist immer aufgesperrt und das Schlafzimmer wird nur mit einem 0815 Schlüssel, die es in jeder Wohnung gibt, versperrt. Sehr sicher haben wir uns nicht gefühlt... wir können für diese Unterkunft keine Empfehlung geben!

„Ungeeignet für Familien

Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und die Lage ist gut. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell (über WhatsApp). Es wurde auf Fragen eingegangen und auch alles gut erklärt. Auf Probleme wurde freundlich reagiert und versucht eine Lösung zu finden.

Für diesen Preis nicht lohnenswert. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass eine gemeinschaftliche Nutzung von Küche, Bad und WC gegeben ist. Diese wichtige Information ließt man leider erst dann, wenn man die seperate Beschreibung des ausgewählten Zimmers ließt. Dadurch, dass jedes Zimmer davon betroffen ist, sollte diese Information in der allgemeinen Beschreibung niedergeschrieben werden. Das Frühstück ist nicht einmal ansatzweise mit dem zu vergleichen, was man unter einem "kontinentalen Frühstück" versteht. Es gab ein bisschen Toast, ein bisschen Nutella sowie Schmelzkäse und etwas Obst. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Die Betten waren im Test sehr unbequem. Für 4 Personen gab es im Zimmer nur einen kleinen runden Tisch mit 2 Sessel. Ein gemeinsames Frühstück wäre demzufolge nicht möglich gewesen, zumal in der Küche/ im Wohnbereich auch nur ein Couchtisch mit einem Zweisitzer zu Verfügung stand. Wir traten die Reise mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind (1 Jahr) an. Sowie wir die Wohnung gezeigt bekommen haben, entschieden wir uns keine Nacht darin zu verbringen und schauten uns nach anderen Möglichkeiten um. Für Studenten, Singles, vielleicht auch Paare, die mit diesen Umständen kein Problem haben, scheint dies eine gute Unterkunft zu sein. Für einen Aufenthalt mit einem Kleinkind ist dies nicht zumutbar. Im Nachgang kann nur gesagt werden, dass der Preis für die Gegebenheiten nicht zu vertreten ist und wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen werden.

Nur Toastbrot , kein Brot/Brötchen wie ein kontinentales Frühstück beschreibt. Kein gemütlicher Tisch zum frühstücken. Nur ein kleiner Divan. Kleine Tische und wenig Butter. Für's Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, mussten wir die Butter per SMS bestellen. Berteuung war nur einmal bei der Ankunft zu sehen. In der Badewanne und zugleich Dusche,ist mir zweimal der Duschvorhang heruntergefallen. War sehr schlecht montiert.
